As part of the acquisition of the MBCC Group, Sika successfully integrated over 4,000 employees across 28 countries into its existing digital infrastructure. For this complex transformation, Sika relied on the expertise and support of Databoat – from planning and strategy through to implementation.

- Development of training materials and learning articles in 11 languages
- Design and implementation of targeted project and migration communication
- Set-up of two digital project information platforms
