Change, adoption and secure cloud – Databoat for SUVA

Together with the IT of the Swiss Accident Insurance Fund SUVA, the Databoat Cloud Competence Center (DC3) developed new data protection and data classification concepts. For the attention of the management, we meticulously analyzed the cloud risks and managed the secure use of M365 in the cloud. Databoat's Change & Adoption team also supported Suva in internal communication, user training and adoption, and the creation of a motivating employee experience.

Group-wide migration from HCL Notes/Domino to Outlook/Exchange – Databoat for the Baloise Group

With project management and migration at the Luxembourg headquarters, the migration from HCL Notes Domino to Outlook and Exchange for the entire Baloise Group in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Belgium and Germany has been completed. The journey now continues into a professional cloud environment with an attractive Employee Experience and Risk Management tools for Board Management.

Integral Risk Management with NEXTREMIS®
Databoat for the Cantonal Hospital Baden

The IT and Board Management of the Cantonal Hospital Baden rely on NEXTREMIS® for risk management. The goal, among other things, is to strengthen resilience after the experiences in connection with Covid. The methodology has meanwhile been implemented, successfully also thanks to a series of customized workshops and Databoat's strong understanding of the importance of the Employee Experience.

Migration preparation HCL Notes/Domino to M365 – Databoat for the Lucerne Cantonal Hospital

In the spirit of digital transformation, we demonstrated the feasibility of secure migration to the cloud in 2019 with a technical pilot project. Databoat is currently finalizing the preparatory work and the secure cloud collaboration concept. The security of data and operations is a top priority for cloud migration and cloud integration.

Notes migration to M365 – Databoat for Helvetia Insurance Switzerland

A strategic project including client outsourcing by our partner BitHawk AG. We achieved the ambitious goal on schedule in a short twelve months. During this time, 5,500 employees received their data, new application knowledge and an uninterrupted connection between the old Notes and the new M356 system world.

Worldwide migration from IBM Smart Cloud to O365 – Databoat for Sika AG

The announcement of the shutdown of Smart Cloud in summer 2020 created enormous pressure. The task was to migrate 20,000 mail accounts of employees in 100 countries within a very short time. Databoat took on this challenge and, together with Sika’s IT team, successfully implemented the order on schedule.

Development IT strategy – Databoat for Ziemer Ophthalmic Systems AG

Development of a new IT strategy for a fast-growing, innovative technology company with global partnerships in research, development and sales. Databoat assessed the current situation, developed the UX design, formulated the measures for implementation and co-developed the new strategy, the keywords being: Risk Management, Board Management and Cloud Management, and Employee Experience.

Notes migration to O365 – Databoat for eular

For many years, the European League Against Rheumatism eular successfully exchanged and organized itself via IBM Notes/Domino. However, following a revision of its IT strategy, eular opted for the Microsoft solution portfolio. eular and Databoat were able to successfully complete the migration at the end of 2018.

Worldwide Notes migration – Databoat for Schindler Digital Business AG

A strategic project, a global responsibility and a resounding success thanks to great collaboration with Schindler’s IT and Board Management. With the completion of the migration from IBM Notes Domino to Microsoft O365, Databoat has successfully migrated over 40,000 mailboxes in 90 group companies worldwide for the entire Schindler Group.

The startup company Nexpertise was further developed into Databoat AG on June 1, 2017. This was also because the interdisciplinary business model has led to strong growth since its foundation. Databoat also made it possible to present the company’s values even more clearly:

In 2021, Databoat will bundle its competencies and experience in the Cloud Competence Center. It assembles and implements solutions within the framework of a coordinated framework. In doing so, we use state-of-the-art development and management tools. We implement the IT and cloud Strategy in line with the formulated corporate strategy.
